Ed Sable is a technology executive and business leader with deep experience building software organizations, delivering complex enterprise solutions, and leading large-scale transformation. He is President of SynStar Systems (Marlboro, NJ), where he focuses on business analysis and consulting, helping clients align technology investments with measurable outcomes. Previously, Ed served for 19 years as President of Macrosoft, Inc.,(now Innovatix Technology Partners) a software design and development firm serving telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, electric utilities, publishing, printing/mailing/fulfillment, and software product companies. At Innovatix Technology Partners, he oversaw end‑to‑end delivery—product strategy, architecture, development, and managed services—while scaling multidisciplinary teams and instituting disciplined governance and quality practices.
Earlier, Ed led divisions at AT&T Bell Labs for 22 years, directing the planning, design, development, and delivery of the full “quote‑to‑cash” systems supporting AT&T’s international voice, data, and wholesale services, as well as the development of advanced network services. He also founded and led SynStar Systems (2003–2005) to provide business development services to emerging technology firms.
Ed holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and an MSEE in Electrical Engineering from Columbia Engineering, where he was a member of Sigma Xi and an NDEA Fellow. Known for pragmatic leadership and customer focus, he brings a blend of architectural rigor, operational excellence, and hands‑on mentorship to drive reliability, scale, and time‑to‑value across complex programs.
