Role Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and self-motivated Multimedia Marketing Specialist to join our fully remote marketing team. This is a hybrid role for a design “unicorn” who is part Graphic Designer, part UI/UX Designer, and part Video Creator.
You will be responsible for designing and producing a wide range of digital assets that drive our marketing funnels—from compelling landing pages and ad creatives to engaging, AI-powered videos. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, a keen eye for clean, tech-focused design, and a passion for using modern tools to create content efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic & Brand Design:
Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral, including social media graphics, digital ad banners, infographics, e-books, whitepapers, and sales presentations.
Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative output is consistent in style, quality, and tone, reflecting Innovatix’s position as a technology leader.
Collaborate with the content marketing team to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling visual narratives.
UI/UX Design (for Marketing):
Design and prototype high-fidelity, conversion-optimized landing pages and microsites for our marketing campaigns and product launches using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Analyze and improve the user journey on our marketing website, focusing on optimizing user flows for lead generation and event registration.
Create wireframes and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders and developers.
AI-Powered Video Creation:
Lead the rapid creation of video content, including short-form videos (Reels, Shorts), product explainers, and customer testimonials.
Utilize modern AI video creation tools (e.g., HeyGen, Synthesia, RunwayML, Pictory) to efficiently produce and scale video assets, including content with AI avatars and synthetic voice-overs.
Perform basic video editing (trimming, adding text overlays, motion graphics, and audio) using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
Desired Skills:
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a multimedia, graphic design, or marketing design role within a B2B or tech environment.
Portfolio: A robust and diverse portfolio is required. Your portfolio must showcase real-world examples of:
Graphic design (e.g., social graphics, ad creative).
UI/UX design (e.g., landing pages, web mockups).
Video creation (please highlight any work using AI tools).
Technical Skills:
Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
High proficiency in modern UI/UX design and prototyping tools, with a strong preference for Figma.
Demonstrable experience with AI video generation tools.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Marketing Acumen: A solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including content marketing, social media, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Remote Work: Must be a proactive self-starter with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
