Role Description:
We are looking for a Service Operations Senior IP Analyst in Noida. Candidates with B. Tech / M. Tech with specialization in any of – Information Security, Networking, Computer Architecture, Computer Graphics, Operating systems, Computer Networking, Database systems and Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning domain, who are willing to work in Patent Searching domain.

- BE/B. Tech/M. Tech, Computer Science
- End-to-end ownership of work products
- Quality Assurance – Adherence to set quality standards and ensuring compliance to process guidelines and framework, sharing best practices and learnings to improve work products, Building domain knowledge/skills of the team through training, knowledge sharing.
- Effective project communication with relevant stakeholders
- Adherence with a governance framework
- Contributing to the client’s strategy development process by applying your technical proficiency and creative problem-solving skills to recognize market trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Preparing Patent to product mapping charts by performing analysis, reverse engineering, testing and investigations on technologies that are being deployed and or used widely in industry.
- Identifying and analyzing patents in client’s portfolio that may be relevant to technologies that are being deployed and/or used widely in industry.
- Updating your technical skill set and hands-on subject matter expertise in the technologies that are being deployed and/or used widely in industry.

What will you be doing in this role?
- The candidate will work in the field of intellectual property (IP/Patents) domain where he/she will work on various project such as patent and non-patent prior art searching, infringement analysis, market research, white space analysis, evidence of use projects, competitor monitoring, freedom-to-operate searches, standard mapping projects etc.
- The candidate should also possess curiosity to understand technology markets, complete ecosystems, product implementations and the underlying trends driving them, and a passion for creative, strategic thinking about the future of our client’s business with an interest in learning about patents and intellectual property.
