Step 1 :
Application and Introduction Review

The adventure starts once we receive your application on our careers portal. Our recruitment team goes through all applications, trying to find applicants whose desire, skills and experience may fit our vacant positions and the nature of our company. We take serious note of your resume, cover letter, the portfolio or the project work you submit.

Step 2 :
Preliminary Screening

In case your candidature is fitting, you would be approached to undergo a screening process. It could be a short telephony, or an introductory video-meeting.This step makes us comprehend your career interests, your highlights, and what you seek in your new job. It is also a good chance to know more about Innovatix and the targeted position.

Step 3 :
Role Specific Technical Assessment

A technical assessment can be included in the process of many of our jobs, particularly in our Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Innovation, and Legacy Modernization line of business.This may include a coding issue or a situation study or a hands-on exam to test your problem-solving skills and certain specialized skills that would be applicable to the job role.

Step4 :
Comprehensive Interviews

The shortlisted applicants will be taken through a further round of interviews in details. These are interviews that give you a chance to talk to different people in the team such as hiring managers, team leads and even people at the senior leadership team.This is the time we will be able to probe deeper into your experience, evaluate your fit regarding your cultural background, and know how you solve problems. We are open to communication and can answer your questions regarding our projects, on our teams and in our company’s culture.

Step 5 :
Offer and Onboarding

In case you are chosen, you will be offered a comprehensive proposal on what you will be doing, how you will be paid, and what benefits there will be. When you accept our offer, it is accompanied by a well-choreographed onboarding program, where you are well setup and empowered on the first day. To make sure that you flourish, we give you access to onboarding materials, in-house tools, mentorship, and learning paths.
