Role Description:

The Solution Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. This role involves end-to-end requirement analysis, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful outcomes for internal or external customers. The ideal candidate brings experience in product development, technical systems understanding, and Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for medium to large-scale projects.
• Conduct gap analysis, assess current systems, and propose innovative, technically viable solutions aligned with evolving business needs.
• Prepare and maintain Agile artifacts: user stories, acceptance criteria, system flows, functional/non-functional specs, and data models.
• Work with delivery teams, developers, architects, QA, and UX to ensure solution alignment and quality across the lifecycle.
• Support UAT, testing, and defect resolution efforts to ensure functional and performance criteria are met.
• Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Perform data analysis and interpretation to guide decision-making and optimization.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way to stakeholders.
• Contribute to team capability by mentoring junior analysts and sharing best practices.
• Maintain awareness of broader portfolio initiatives to identify dependencies, synergies, and reuse opportunities.

Preferred Skills 

• Proven experience with API specifications, data flows, back-end systems, and service integration (e.g., REST, JSON, message queues)
• Exposure to streaming platforms like Databricks, Kafka, or similar technologies
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to model business processes and define TO-BE states
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA & Confluence
• Bonus: Experience with AI-driven process optimization or having acted as a technical product owner
